Integral Specialist Services greatly benefits  from the advice and guidance of it’s IT  Advisory Board, which is made up of over 150 years experience senior management experience within  some of the most prominent  companies in Europe and the US.  The outstanding individuals of the IT Advisory board  have held numerous main board positions  with UK  PLC’s, from the world of Banking, Media, Technology and Information services.

The IT Advisory board meets monthly to firstly ensure that the highest standards within Integral Specialist Services are maintained,  and secondly,  to also ensure, based on proven track records and years of experience, ISS continues to grow whilst offering excellent levels of service.

The IT advisory Board includes:

Bert Morris

Bert Morris is an ex main Board Director & Deputy Group Chief Executive of the Nat West Group and was Chairman of BACS Ltd from 1985 -1994.  Bert was responsible for the introduction of the debit card and also played a leading role in the creation of the banking ombudsman.

Bert was also a Director of Regent Associates Ltd, Chairman of Metroline plc, Lorien plc and Macro 4 plc and spent more than 4 years on the Board of the DSS.

Bert is also a Freeman of the City of London and Liveryman of the Worshipful Company of Information Technologists.  The advice and guidance he brings in his role as Advisory Board Member has been and will continue to be invaluable to the growth and success of Integral.

 

Dewi Joseph - BSc Hons ACMA

Dewi has held senior procurement roles at JP Morgan Cazenove (Global Head of Commercial Management), West Deutsche Landesbank, Baring Asset Management and Barclays Capital.

Dewi has a wealth of experience developing and executing sourcing strategies to optimize operational efficiencies. Dewi has a great deal of experience in reducing sourcing complexity and providing transparency to the business.  Dewi has a proven track record in implementing effective contract management processes to ensure best value for money and fit for purpose SLA’s.

Dewi has extensive knowledge of outsourcing agreements and supplier engagements, having led successful negotiations to outsource IT departments in a number of financial institutions. 

Dewi has sat on a number of client Advisory Boards including Thomson Reuters.

Dewi is an avid rugby fan and a keen Welsh Rugby supporter.

Andy Mathieson

Andy Mathieson is an entrepreneur, investor and advisor with a career spanning over 30 years in a variety of IT-related markets, with the last 16 years specialising in Telecoms and Media technologies and services.

He has a broad experience of managing and growing both large and entrepreneurial small companies. He is  also Chairman of a web technology and services company.

In 2002 he co-founded Latens Systems, a digital TV and IPTV technologies company which sold to over 100 telecoms and cable TV operators in more than 20 countries around the world.

In 1994 he joined NDS Group plc, the world’s leading interactive digital TV technology company as sales and marketing director.  Over the next 8 years. the company grew revenues tenfold, grew from 60 staff to over 1,600 and successfully floated on Nasdaq. During this time Andy sat on the senior management board and held a number of SVP level positions managing sales, marketing, customer services and systems integration teams.  Andy’s teams at NDS sold and delivered complex major technology projects to some of the largest TV and Telecoms companies around the globe.

Andy’s prior career included positions at at major computer/technology vendors and a director in two successful startups.

He holds a BA (Hons) from the University of York, likes classic cars (but not the cost!), theatre, music and sports.

He is a Freeman of the Worshipful Company of Information Technologists.

 

Craig Redbond

Craig Redbond is the Chief Executive of Executive Change Group - an organisation providing high level sales and marketing services to the world's leading IT vendors.  One of the Company’s USP’s is that it knows, or has access to, the vast majority of the national and international corporate CIOs and, indeed, involves many of them in its various activities. 

Apart from his general management skills, he takes an active role in helping clients develop their market profile and executive engagement strategies .  He personally chairs a number of Executive Advisory Boards for companies such as Fujitsu and SAS, along with a whole host of CIO Focus Groups and Thought Leadership Forums. 

Prior to setting up Executive Change Group he was the Founder of CIO Connect - a premier forum for senior IT executives of European and Global corporations.   Along with his Director colleagues he sold this business in 2003.  At the time it was the largest Executive forum of its kind and comprised a number of other business activities including a niche Executive recruitment agency, a training and development company and held an equity stake in Euro CIO.

Outside of the business world, Craig is the Chairman of a UK based children's charity.

 

Dominic O'Riley

Dominic brings more than 25 years of general management and sales experience with industry leading hardware and software vendors.

Most recently, Dominic was Executive Vice President at Enterprise Informatics, a leading EIM vendor based in San Diego. Dominic was responsible for transforming the sales and marketing organisations, culminating in a successful trade sale to a major US software vendor. Prior to this, Dominic was Vice President of EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) operations for newScale Inc., a US-based enterprise software company. During his tenure there, the company’s revenues grew more than 100% in three years.

Earlier, Dominic held several executive level roles at enterprise software companies, including Vice President of Asia Pacific of Peregrine Systems, where he built and managed the Asia Pacific sales, marketing and business development operation.

 

John Wallace ACIB

Mr Wallace had overall responsibility for Information Technology across the NatWest Group, with a revenue budget circa £400m and staff of 4,000.  He is a practitioner and agent of change, bringing a combination of business and IT experience at senior level.

Since negotiating early retirement from the bank in 1994, Mr Wallace has been very busy:

  • Chairman, shareholder and advisor to Symtec Solutions Limited – a financial messaging software Company predominently in the banking sector. This was sold to BancServe, a US software company in 2004.
  • Founder and Executive Chairman of CIO Connect Limited – the premier UK organisation addressing the issues and interests of CIO’s and senior IT executives. A highly successful business in which he was responsible for Finance, Corporate affairs, Client recruitment and support and the sale of the Company to NCC in 2003. He left CIO Connect in June 2005.
  • Director of Collaborative Connections Limited – a Company that provides a unique range of services that enable businesses to take full advantage of opportunities presented by the Internet. Following the sale of CIO Connect, CC’s largest customer, he stood down from the Board.
  • Non executive Director of Lorien PLC, the IT resourcing and market research Company where he was Chairman of the Audit Committee and a member of all other committees. He resigned in April 2007.
  • Member of the Advisory Board of newScale Inc., the leader in service delivery management software that enables Global 2000 companies to run IT like a business by automating service ordering, managing service delivery and tracking delivery performance across internal and external service providers.
  • Various other advisory positions with IT vendor organisations.
  • Hon. Treasurer of the Company of Information Technologists.

Mr Wallace also has other activities including:

  • Freeman of the City of London.
  • Liveryman and Hon. Treasurer of the Company of Information Technologists.
  • Ex member of IBM Corporation's Customer Advisory Council.
  • Ex member of the Conference Board's European MIS Council.
