Upon initial engagement we start with a straightforward data collection and analysis exercise.  This will focus on IT services or business utilities, or as is often the case, both (for maximum benefit).  We will uncover hidden overpayments and reduce your current expenditure without impacting on the quality of services provided.   It’s typical that our service will include negotiations with your existing suppliers and vendors and also negotiations with other service providers who will offer solutions that offer immediate and ongoing cost savings – often with service enhancements.
